NHS Kent & Medway and NHS Sussex are inviting you to share your views on the NHS 111 service.
NHS 111(External link) is a free phone and online service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s there to help when you need medical advice or support but it’s not a life-threatening emergency.
We want to make sure NHS 111 works well for everyone. Your feedback will help us understand what’s working, what could be improved, and how we can make the service better for you and your community.
The survey takes just 5–10 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential, and every comment helps shape the future of NHS 111.
