If for any reason your child has not received their COVID-19 vaccine, we are running a series of catch-up clinics across Sussex between 25th October – 31st October, 2021. These sessions will not be in schools, but at sites across the county. Further details will be provided to you when you complete the steps below, but sessions in Brighton and Hove are taking place on Saturday 30th October and Sunday 31 st October. Your school should have sent you information on how to fill out the consent form (you will need yor school code) and how to book your appointment.

If you cannot make the clinics, further clinics will be made available from 29th November, 2021.

The COVID-19 vaccination programme for healthy 12 to 15 year olds in the UK consists of one dose of the
Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. If your child has already been vaccinated they will not be vaccinated again.
