- Appointments are up by an extra one-third or more with face to face appointments and 20-25% with telephone appointments.
- Both months are similar in numbers showing a consistent increase compared to 2023.
- It is not clear why there has been this significant change, though there is awareness of recording our contacts more accurately as an ongoing theme.
- DNA rates are static, though in absolute terms there may in fact be a drop in DNA rate due to the total increase in appointments recorded.
