Fill out an AccuRx Triage form. Our triage team reviews your request quickly. You’ll be directed to the right care – advice, prescription, call, or appointment. We aim to respond within 24 hours (during work hours). You can reach us quickly and easily for medical advice or administrative support.

Pharmacy first!
Antibiotics, antivirals and the contraceptive pill can now be prescribed by a community pharmacist in the consultation room at your local pharmacy. You can get prescription treatment by walking into the pharmacy for sinusitis, sore throat, earache, infected insect bites, impetigo (a bacterial skin infection), shingles and uncomplicated urinary tract infections in females (FAB).

HERA
We have been working with HERA for over ten years now to offer non-pharmacological treatment options to our patients. Evidence shows that getting involved in the creative arts has strong health benefits, including better breathing, mobility, boosted immunity, faster healing, improved mood and enhanced confidence.

RHHF
Robin Hood Health is an innovative charity founded by WellBN’s very own Dr Laura Marshall-Andrews. Established to relieve sickness and promote health for patients by improving access to non-NHS treatment choices, RHHF is home to both our HERA and the Social Prescribing team.
Creative Health Workshops

For all our NHS patients, we offer singing for better health, dance for wellbeing, coffee mornings, art for wellbeing, art for belonging and art for relaxing and expressive writing. Hera activities are FREE for WellBN patients.
Link workers
Social Prescribing
We work closely with HERA to offer all our patients access to social prescribing. A link worker can give you non-medical support to increase your social circle, advise you where to go for support with things impacting your wellbeing and health, listen to you and help you make a plan to improve things.
